* Can I sell just a portion of my Note? Absolutely. We offer not only full cash buy-outs, but partial note buy-out programs as well. Normally our minimum payout is at least 5 years.

* How long before I receive my money? Usually within 2-4 weeks. We depend on appraisal and title company information. The transition of funds is very simple and we will be here to help you step by step.

* What documents do I need? Copies of current title search/insurance, mortgage and promissory note(s) along with a closing statement, current appraisal and payor background including payment history.

* What is meant by the word discount? Basically, the discount is the difference between what the value of a Note is worth now and what the value of that Note will be in the future along with considering all the "RISKS" involved.
